A while ago, it was announced that the Akshay Kumar starrer will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar along with 7 other Bollywood movies. However, the release date of the movie wasn’t announced back then.
Now, as per the latest update from the development, the makers of Laxmmi Bomb have finalised the release date of the movie. They also shared the details about when the trailer of the horror-comedy will be unveiled.

An insider revealed that as Akshay Kumar’s luck number is 9, he makes sure that his films and its trailer release on the dates that add up to 9. Continuing the tradition with his upcoming movie Laxmmi Bomb, Akshay along with the producers of the movie has decided to launch the trailer on August 18.
For the unversed, the trailers some of Akshay Kumar’s previous films like Mission Mangal and Good Newwz were also released on July 18 and November 18 respectively.
The insider further added that the Akshay Kumar starrer will be releasing on September 9, 2020. This date also marks the birthday of Akshay Kumar, so he has planned to treat his fans with a film very close to his heart.
Laxmmi Bomb has created a lot of hype among the masses and everyone is eager to witness Akshay in a never-seen-before avatar.
The film also stars Kiara Advani and Sharad Kelkar in a pivotal role. Laxmmi Bomb is the remake of the Tamil film Munni 2: Kanchana. Just like the original, the Bollywood remake is also helmed by Raghava Lawrence.
