Hrithik Roshan who amazed the masses with films like Super 30 and War in 2019, has one more much-awaited film in his kitty for the upcoming year. Hrithik will be starring in Rakesh Roshan directed Krrish 4, a franchise with a massive fan following.
Recently, a rumour started making rounds on the internet stating that Hrithik Roshan will play four roles in Krrish 4. The news made Hrithik’s fans jump with joy but alas the rumour has been refuted by Rakesh Roshan himself.
Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan reacted to the rumours by saying that the media people have a lot of time at home these days to think up screenplay ideas at home. He claimed the rumour as fake just like other rumours related to Krrish 4.
“Journalists have a lot of time these days to think up screenplay ideas at home. This is just a rumour, as many other rumours about Krrish 4. There is absolutely no truth to it. The script is in the process of evolving. It is still very early. When we do lock in on certain specifics in the plot, I’ll share them with you,” said Rakesh Roshan.
Krrish 4 has been in talks for the past two years now and during this time producer-director Rakesh Roshan fell seriously ill, hence Krrish 4 got postponed. However, now it is believed that the script will be completed by the end of this year. Thus, Krrish 4 will go on floors in the second half of 2021.
Speaking of Krrish 4, a couple of months back, Hrithik Roshan hinted the return of Jaadu in the upcoming movie.
There were also speculations that Deepika Padukone will be playing the female lead in the movie, but there has been no official announcement about the same.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan has been in talks with Farah Khan for Satte Pe Satta remake. There are also rumours claiming the Tanhaji director Om Raut also has a film on cards with Hrithik Roshan.
