Kenneth Petty Appeals Judge To Allow Him To Be With Nicki Minaj In Her Last Trimester Of Pregnancy

Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty wants to be around for their first child's arrival, but there are problems that could prevent it from happening.

Kenneth Petty appealed in his pending court case on Wednesday, July 29, in which he asked the judge to change the terms of his pretrial condition. He did so to be there with his pregnant wife Nicki Minaj not only on business as her manager but as she is actually giving birth to her first child.

The complications in the way are due to him recently registering in California as a sex offender after being convicted for failing to do so when he and the “Super Bass” rapper moved to the west coast state.

Despite this, he has a curfew and according to the documents, his travel is limited to only California. And that would be a serious issue for him if she goes to work during his curfew hours.

In the papers, he asks the judge to change the terms of release so that when the right time occurs, he can be by the side of his wife. He says the U.S. The Office of Attorney and the Office of Pretrial Services does not contest his appeal and now it’s just a waiting game for the judge to sign off.

Nicki surprised the world earlier this month when she revealed her pregnancy. She did so by sharing a picture of her bare baby belly in an ensemble that was nothing short of breathtaking to look at in the most trendy and sexy of ways. The mother-to-be dazzled as she happily cradled her rising bump in a multicolored bikini and blonde wig.

After sharing the wonderful news she was spotted out days later. Nicki kept it colorfully casual when she was seen in a black t-shirt splattered with bleach and oversized tie-dyed drawstring shorts, solo outside her home in West Hollywood.
