The recent burglary attempt at Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s house shocked everybody. Right from the celebrities to the common man, everyone was taken aback by heinous attack on Saif Ali Khan. However, a lot of questions related to neglected securities were raised dring this tragic incident. People questioned on how a man single-handedly managed to attack Saif Ali Khan, and succesfully run out of the house. Akashdeep Sabir Lashes Out At The Improper Security At Saif Ali Khan Building
In a latest interaction with Lehren Retro, Indian actress Sheeba and husband Akashdeep Sabir, talked about the attack on Saif Ali Khan. The couple discussed the pay scales of a female actor in the industry, as compared to that of the male stars, and highlighted how pay parity has come to practice with the growing age in Bollywood. As actor-filmmaker Akashdeep Sabir talked about Kareena Kapoor Khan having a price tag of 21 crores for films, he further took a dig at her for failing to afford a good security in place, reflecting to the latest incident of her house.
Akashdeep said, “With the 21 crore price tag also, Kareena couldn’t afford a watchman outside her house, or a drive in the night”. Adding further, Akashdeep stated that he fought on news channels during the debate shows, defending Saif’s unexpected attack, but he himself failed to answer questions when he was asked about the improper security. Raising questions, Akashdeep mentioned, “Why was there no security inside the house, despite them living in a dignified building.” He highlighted the fact that how people label a building as safe because of enormous number of CCTVs installed. He says that having a CCTV installed could not stop a thief from robbing your house, it can only help you solve the case, which has already happened. Thus, having a good security in place is what holds more importance.
Sheeba REACTS To Saif Ali Khan Attack
Wife Sheeba, too reacted to his husband’s questions of Saif-Kareena not having staffs in place. She said that most of the houses in Mumbai don’t have the space to let their staff in. Just then, the actor cut her and said that staffs like a watchman are not hired to get them to sleep inside the house, but to guard outside the house. This does not require any space inside the house. Actress Sheeba also mentioned how shocking this news of Saif being attacked was, as he had once been her co-actor in the past films. But, the neglected security was broadly noticed by many.
