Hollywood stars Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz are ready to reunite for a classic action-thriller, Day Drinker. It seems to be a big comeback of the actors on the big screens after giving threee wonderful treat to the viewers’ eyes.

Day Drinker will be following a cruise ship bartender who meets a mysterious day drinker. Both of them soon find themselves entangled in a criminal foulplay and are thereby connected in unexpected ways. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz will be directed by Marc Web. Marc who has shown a notable performance in the past with his super – fabulous movies like ‘500 Days Of Summer’ and ‘Amazing Spider-Man’ will be helming the film for Lionsgate.
Day Drinker will revolve around a mysterious-action based drama film where a cruise ship bartender meets a mysterious day drinker. Both of them soon find themselves entangled in a criminal underbelly and get connected in unexpected ways. The film marks the fourth collaboration between Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz after “Blow”, “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” and “Murder on the Orient Express”
Chelsea Kujawa is overseeing the project for ‘Lionsgate’, and Dan Freedman negotiated the deals for the studio. It also marks Johnny Depp’s most high-profile project of late following the many controversies that arose from his highly publicized divorce from “Aquaman” actor Amber Heard.
