The entertainment industry got adversely affected due to the on-going coronavirus pandemic with many daily wagers losing their livelihood. Amid this situation, many Bollywood actors have stepped forward to help the daily wage workers.
Meanwhile, actor Hrithik Roshan has stepped forward to extend his financial support to those who are in dire need. On learning that the side dancers are currently facing financial problems as the industry remains shut, choreographer Bosco Martis and Hrithik Roshan deposited money into the account of 100 Bollywood dancers. All of these dancers have worked and performed with Hrithik or Bosco somewhere in the past.
The dance coordinator of Bollywood songs, Raj Surani shared, “Hrithik Roshan has aided 100 dancers in this difficult time. Several of them have travelled to their villages, while few are finding it difficult to pay rent and one dancer’s family has tested positive for Covid-19, Hrithik Roshan’s help to all of them has come at a very crucial time. Background dancers were overwhelmed with joy when they received SMSes stating that Hrithik Roshan had transferred money to their bank accounts. Dancers are extremely thankful to him for his support during COVID crisis.”
Filled with gratefulness and gratitude, these dancers also took to their social media handle to thank the superstar for his kindness.
Ever since the pandemic began creating havoc, Hrithik has been donating his time and resources. Whether it was procuring N95 and FFP3 masks for the BMC staff and caretakers or joining hands with a non-profit organization ‘Akshaya Patra’, to provide meals to the poor and facilitating 1.2 lac meals for the underprivileged, he has proactively and consistently provided support.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan will be next seen in the much-awaited Krrish 4. He has also been in talks for the Satte Pe Satta remake.
