Why Cardi B And Offset Reveals Their Son’s Name After SEVEN Months

Cardi B and Offset's son was born in September 2021, however, the couple decided to wait for the right time to reveal their baby boy's name and face to the world.

Cardi B and Offset finally shared pictures showing their seven-month-old son’s face and revealed his name to be Wave Set Cephus. And now the singer and the rapper revealed why they waited a while before showing off their second child and announcing his name.

In a new interview with Essence, Cardi B spoke about the trolling their daughter Kulture had received and why it made them wary of sharing too much. She shared, “So many people will post mean, disgusting things, just to get a reaction from us.” The I Like It hitmaker went on to say, “We went through a lot of sad things when it comes to Kulture, terrible behaviour that not even the older kids have ever been through.”

However, when Cardi B and Offset baby boy was born in September 2021, the couple decided to wait so that they wouldn’t have to put themselves through the same experience. Cardi revealed, “We want to protect our feelings because we get very, very angry and upset.” Moreover, the relentless online bullying recently led Cardi to make her daughter’s Instagram page private.
