When & Where To Watch Warner Bros. ‘The Flash’ Trailer

The Flash stars Ezra Miller as the title character and is set for release on June 16, 2023.

The Flash, starring Ezra Miller, is all set to premiere next year. While the upcoming movie is surrounded by several controversies, Warner Bros. is thinking to do something big. The Flash trailer will premiere during the Super Bowl. However, this will mark the first time in nearly two decades, Warner Bros. will make its presence known during the Super Bowl on February 12, to promote its upcoming movie The Flash.

The trailer will mark the first time Warner Bros. has advertised their films during the Big Game since 2006, when they ran trailers for 16 Blocks, V For Vendetta and Poseidon, as The Wrap reported. Moreover, the studio will then debut the trailer on the big screen a few days later, attached to Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, in theatres on February 17, which comes days after it was revealed Henry Cavill’s cameo from The Flash was cut.

However, The Flash is set for release on June 16, 2023. The story appears to be inspired by the iconic Flashpoint story from DC Comics, which will catch viewers up on what Keaton’s Batman has been up to for the past 30 years. Keaton played Bruce Wayne/Batman in Tim Burton’s 1989 classic Batman and his 1992 sequel Batman Returns, though he left the franchise when Joel Schumacher replaced Burton, and ultimately cast Val Kilmer for 1995’s Batman Forever and George Clooney in 1997’s Batman & Robin.

The Flash movie will be disregarding the Schumacher movies and explore Keaton’s Batman once again. The Flash stars Ezra Miller as the title character, who has become quite the polarizing figure after making headlines for everything from disorderly conduct, assault, burglary and grooming of minors. Miller released a statement in August, revealing he is undergoing therapy after, ‘a time of intense crisis.’ The actor apologised for his past behaviour.

The actor and his reps also reportedly met with Warner Bros. film heads Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy in August, which reportedly went ‘very well.’ The Flash will be the second of three DC movies Warner Bros. is releasing in 2023, between Shazam! Fury of the Gods (March 17) and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (December 25, 2023).
