When And Where To Watch Dwayne Johnson’s DC Film Black Adam?

After creating a stir in theatres, Black Adam will be released on OTT soon.

Black Adam is finally heading to over-the-top media platform. After the massive success of the film, the highly anticipated film is finally heading to your home theatre. Starring Dwayne Johnson as the superhero, the latest comic book adaptation is about an enslaved man who is reborn with the magical powers of gods.

The latest superhero movie is being produced under the banners of DC Entertainment, New Line Cinema, Warner Bros., Flynn Picture Company and Seven Bucks Productions. The film is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and co-written by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani. Black Adam is the 11th in the DC Extended Universe. However, after creating a stir in theatres, Black Adam will be released on OTT soon. Black Adam will release on Amazon Prime Video on December 5.

While sharing the teaser clip, the streaming platform’s Twitter account wrote, “he is unstoppable! Black Adam on #PrimeVideoStore from Dec 5.” The Black Adam plot synopsis by IMDb reads, “Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the Egyptian gods and imprisoned just as quickly-Black Adam, played by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.”

Black Adam stars Dwayne Johnson as the powerful anti-hero and sworn nemesis of Shazam, who was played by Zachary Levi in a 2019 original movie and in the upcoming sequel, Shazam: Fury of the Gods, releasing next year. The movie will also introduce members of the ‘Justice Society of America,’ an iconic group similar to the ‘’Justice League.’

The superhero cast includes Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo a.k.a Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell starred as Cyclone and Pierce Brosnan who will play Doctor Fate. The cast also includes Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer, Bodhi Sabongui, Mo Amer and Uli Latukefu, moreover, the villainous group Intergang will appear in the film.
