Vanessa Bryant Gets Tattooed On Her Body As A Tribute To Kobe And Gianna

Vanessa Bryant revealed that she had a new tattoo to honor her late husband Kobe and daughter Gianna while listening to one of the favorite songs of Kobe.

In the sweetest way, Vanessa Bryant paid tribute to Kobe Bryant and their daughter Gianna. Vanessa announced in a series of videos posted on her Instagram handle on Wednesday, June 10 that she was getting a new neck tattoo to honor her husband and daughter lost in a tragic helicopter crash on Jan. 26. “I wanted my boo boo’s @kobebryant sweet message transferred on me,”me,” she wrote in the caption for the post.

Thank you! #inked #messagetransfer #BooBoo #throwback #tattooinmyhallway,” Giving a Shout to the celebrity tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado, she said.“Shoutout to @nikkohurtado for coming over and helping me get my Gigi’s sweet message transferred on me. #throwbacktoFebruary #housecall So happy I can see my Gigi’s handwriting everyday #mambacita,” she captioned a second clip, showing a tattoo on her wrist.

The first video was set to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You (I Love You Baby)” by Lauryn Hill, which is one of the favorite songs for both Kobe and Vanessa! In Sept. 2018, the pair went to see Lauryn for a romantic date night, which Vanessa lovingly arranged for her man. Another favorite song of Kobe from favorite artists Bruno Mars! was in her tattoos playlist as, In the background, the Hawaii native’s “That’s What I Want” blasted off.

This Tribute by Vanessa comes just six months after Kobe and Gianna, along with nine others, sadly lost their lives. “Kobe and Gianna naturally gravitated toward each other,”   Vanessa said in her eulogy.
