Travis Barker was reportedly rushed to the hospital with his wife Kourtney Kardashian by his side on June 28. The Blink-182 drummer was photographed lying on a stretcher outside of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif., while the Kardashians star followed on foot as reported by TMZ. The drummer was seen being wheeled out of the ambulance while holding his right hand up, which showed his unmistakable skull tattoo.
Meanwhile, Kourtney, for her part, was seen only from the back. She was in an all-black ensemble and had her hoodie up over her head. The reality star’s security team followed closely behind in a black Range Rover, following the ambulance as they arrived at the hospital. Both vehicles apparently entered through the wrong area and were redirected by hospital personnel to a different entrance.
Minutes after the news made headlines, Travis Barker’s daughter, Alabama, posted on her Instagram Story, ‘Please send your prayers,’ while adding weeping emoji. The newlyweds first arrived at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center Tuesday morning for some sort of health issue Barker was experiencing, according to TMZ, which was the first to report the news. The outlet also reported that the medical staff at West Hills felt the musician needed additional care, so he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai.
However, at 10:45 a.m. local time, seemingly amid his medical emergency, the summer tweeted, ‘God save me.’ While that is the name of his song with Machine Gun Kelly, the timing of the tweet is really bizarre. It has been a tough few weeks of marriage for the lovebirds, as Kardashian just recently made a full recovery from her second stint with COVID-19.
Barker and Kardashian wed in a stunning ceremony in Portofino, Italy, last month, celebrating their nuptials with family, friends, and loved ones over the course of three days. The couple’s lavish celebration was the third ceremony for the Poosh founder and the musician. The first time the couple sparked marriage rumours was on April 4 when they had a ‘practice wedding’ at a Las Vegas wedding chapel.
