The Cursed
Released in 2021, the gothic horror film is set in rural 19th-century France and follows a mysterious, possibly supernatural menace threatening a small village. Barbarian
The horror thriller follows a young woman who discovers the rental home she booked is already occupied by a stranger. Against her better judgment, she decides to spend the night but soon discovers there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest. Barbarian is available to watch on HBO Max.
Dark Glasses
Just like the title, the film is also bizarre. Dark Glasses is about a young woman, Diana, who lost her sight, and finds a guide in a Chinese boy named Chin. Together they will track down a dangerous killer through the darkness of Italy.
