Jennifer Lopez has been looking forward to the exchange of vows with partner Alex Rodriguez since he sat down on a sandy beach on one knee and proposed it to her a year ago. Of course, a lot of things have changed since — not just the couple that’s been busy getting ready for their nuptials, but with the world as a whole, where large parties are a thing of the past and the lockdown of coronavirus doesn’t take a break for love. The 50-year-old songstress paid TODAY Tuesday a video visit and opened up to bring the positive moment on hold. And when Hoda Kotb, the TODAY co-anchor, asked about the future wedding plan, Lopez simply said, “Nobody knows.” It’s a situation that couples across the globe face and it can be frustrating given the unexpected confusion around such a significant event in life. Yet she is not allowing her view to overpower the sadness.
