The Weeknd’s 2016 album Starboy is part of the original single. The song, however, made a comeback thanks to social media and TikTok trends, and it became so popular that it was included in the Billboard Hot 100. The song rose all the way to Number 8 on the chart in January.

Ariana Grande took her Instagram handle to announce her song which is streaming now. She shares some pictures featuring The Weekend and herself and it can be seen the duo is performing on the stage, she wrote in the caption, “DIE FOR YOU REMIX OUT NOW @theweeknd.”

As soon as the song took to place on social media, fans flooded it with eager comments with fire emoticons. One fan wrote, “We can all agree that The Weeknd and Ariana Grande never lets us down,their talent is pure and their voice is out of this word.” Another fan wrote, “Although this song is 7 years old, Ariana‘s voice makes it sound like a completely new one. Ariana and Abel will NEVER make a bad collab.”

To note, this is not the first time Ariana Grande and The Weekend have collaborated on the song. The was also part of Grande’s album Positions and Off The Tale. They also performed a version of Save Your Tears from Weekend’s album After Hours, at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
