Taylor Swift Concert To Air Sunday On ABC

Taylor Swift tour may be off but fans can still see the performance of the superstar in Paris from last fall.

Fans will see Taylor Swift hit the stage again when ABC airs on Sunday, shortly after the “American Idol” season finale, the all-new “Taylor Swift City of Lover Concert.” The concert will also be made available digitally on Hulu and Disney+ the next day.

The concert was shot at the L’Olympia Theater in Paris in September 2019, and features Swift performing “Lover” songs not long as it became her fifth consecutive release to top the Billboard singles chart.

The special offers fans unique access to moments behind the scenes with the artist, in addition to the performance.

It’s also the closest anyone can come to see Swifte performing this year now that the coronavirus pandemic has led her to cancel her Lover Fest tour.

“Lover” was the most selling album in 2019, outselling any album released by any artist since Swift’s “Reputation” hit the streets and pop charts in 2017.

Rolling Stone praised “‘Lover’ as “a career-topping masterpiece,” raving, “The writing of the singer is better than it ever was.” Vulture said, “The old Taylor is back” while calling it “the best she’s been over years.”

Meanwhile, Katy Perry Reacts in a new interview to Taylor Swift collab reports, Perry implied the possibility while promoting her upcoming American Idol performance. “Well, you’re just gonna have to tune in to Idol next week to see all rumors, true or false,”  the pop star told Extra as her fellow judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie chuckled at promoting the show with her.
