Shakira recently parted ways with her ex-husband, Gerard Pique. After they parted ways after he cheated on her, the singer released a new song in which she takes a brutal swipe at Pique and his new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti, in the lyrics. The singer collaborated with producer Bizarrap on a new brand song, Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions, which was released in Spanish in January.
Now the pop sensation talks about her collaboration with Bizarrap in her first interview since releasing the song. Shakira says that this song was an opportunity to express herself and feel the pain that made her emotionally delegated.
In an interview with Enrique Acevedo, Shakira says that if she had not created Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53 she would be in a very different place. She also spoke about her break up with the former soccer player Gerard Piqué. The singer stated that the change she felt before entering the producres studio and after leaving the studio was substantial for her. Shakira continues that she was grateful to Bizarrap who gave her the opportunity and space to vent what was important for her recovery process.
Shakira reveals that her collaboration with Biza was a suggestion from her 10-year-old son Milan. He told Shakira that she has to collaborate with Bizzarap as he is Argentina’s god. Thus, the singer thanked her son for suggesting that she work with the producer.
