Global streaming OTT platform Netflix has dropped the official trailer of the third season of the most awaited series Sex Education. The most-watched and appreciated web series wrapped in comedy will bring a new day and a new season for the Moordale School’s students. The total episodes count eight. The new season will premiere on September 17, 2021.
An action-packed trailer is recently released by the makers on the Official Platform. This season, Asa Butterfield and Emma Mackey can be seen in the lead roles. The official synopsis of the trailer on Netflix reads – “Word of the ‘sex school’ gets out as a new headteacher tries to control a rambunctious student body and Otis attempts to hide his secret hookup.”
Fans can watch in the trailer, teen Otis now has a small mustache. Maeve now has sports deep black tresses. The new-look of Maeve and Otis can steal the heart of the fans. However, the last season had an unexpected ending. Therefore, the two are still not ready to see eye-to-eye. There are some new characters as well whose presence fans can felt in the longish trailer.
The new season is coming with lots of drama. A new Moordale headteacher Hope came to the secondary school with a goal in mind – to help the school’s sex-crazed students. She has gone out to clean up her image when the local media branded Moordale the sex school.
However, the kids can be seen as less than enthusiastic about helping her. Jemima Kirke is playing the role of Moordale. The other lead characters are also amusing fans. Otis is fooling around the others, Jean is pregnant, and Eric and Adam have officially announced their relationship.
The group of adolescents will learn a lot more about themselves than they did in the previous two seasons. They will learn how physical attraction can mess up their lives. They will realize that they are not special in any way. The trailer is packed with dramatic scenes. In the trailer, the class attacked while riding on a school bus. Aimee and Maeve had a heated dispute. Afterward, Aimee begs to be her old self again.
The resident sex therapist of school, Otis, is still on bad terms with Maeve, his crush. He has also declined help and do anything about the new teacher’s attempts to regress the school. Eric and his lover Adam are now more into each other and are learning new things about one other. Adam has decided to make their relationship official despite knowing that his jock friends will try to make things difficult for him.

There are few new characters added to the series – Jason Isaacs as Peter Groff, Singer Dua Saleh making her acting debut as new student Cal, and Indra Ové as Elsie’s foster mother Anna. The Netflix series, Sex Education is written and created by Laurie Nunn and produced by Eleven. However, the third season is directed by Ben Taylor and Runyararo Mapfumo.
