Selena Gomez in a recent interview looked back on the events of 2019 and revealed how she is really proud of her “really powerful” 2019. Talking about the same she said, “I think every time the holidays come up, there’s some part of you where you kind of sit and reflect on the year. This year was really, really powerful for me. I can say that I’m so proud of how hard I worked.”
Talking about her holidays she revealed she is excited to just sit back with her family and enjoy, and also turn off everything. She revealed how she just thinks about what happened, and where she wants to go in life and hopes for the best
Selena not only dropped two new tracks ‘Lose you to love me’ and ‘Look at her how’ but she also performed the songs to kick off the 2019 American Music Awards, thus making it her first live TV performance after her two years of hiatus. She is currently working on her album ‘SG2’ which will release on on January 10, 2020.
Selena Gomez teased her new album by saying, “I can say this, and it might not sound right, but I’ve tried my hardest to make this the best album I’ve ever done. And I feel like I lived up to the expectations. Hopefully, that doesn’t come back to bite me in the ass.”
Recently Selena’s ex-The Weeknd released his first new single “Heartless,” which reflects on his breakups with both Selena and his recent ex-Bella Hadid. Selena and The Weeknd after dating for 10months called it quits on their relationship. Selena then back to dating Justin Bieber, but soon broke up, whereas The Weeknd reunited with Bella Hadid, but in Aug of 2019, the two reportedly called it quits on their romance.
