The 56-year-old actress returns as the iconic Carrie Bradshaw in the series and seems like it was a family affair for Sarah Jessica Parker at the world premiere of her new HBO Max series And Just Like That…, the next chapter of the Sex and the City franchise. The happy family all smiled at the event, held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City on Wednesday evening. The actress stepped out in a stylish and strapless grey Oscar de la Renta dress with a colorful pink section at the event. She had her hair tied back in a tight bun while wearing a thin grey shawl that covered her shoulders and arms. The actress completed her look with a pair of necklaces, earrings, and a pair of pink pumps.
Meanwhile, Sarah Jessica Parker’s husband Broderick looked dapper in a classic black suit with a white dress shirt under a black coat with a black tie, pants, and shoes, with black-framed glasses. however, their son James appeared to mirror his father with a matching suit though he seemingly opted for no socks with his shoes.

Parker and Broderick also share 12-year-old twins Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, though they weren’t at the premiere. Parker returns as Carrie Bradshaw from the original TV series, which ran for six seasons between 1998 and 2004. However, And Just Like That… will follow Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.
Meanwhile, snaps taken from the Paris set caused quite the uproar among fans, as Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw was spotted kissing a new character, played by Jon Tenney. Fans began wildly speculating about the marital status of Carrie and her long-time on-and-off lover Mr. Big (Chris Noth), who finally tied the knot at the end of the first Sex and the City movie. And Just Like That will be available to stream HBO Max with the first two episodes dropping on December 9. However, fans will be able to watch new episodes every Thursday for its remaining eight episodes run on HBO Max.
