Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have decided to tease each other lovingly this weekend and let their Instagram followers see it. Lively, took the first shot, poking fun at the quarantine hair of her husband. In a little ponytail, the actress shared a shot of the end of his hair — a tiny style of rattail. “I dare you to forget that every time you see him for the rest of eternity,” she wrote.
Reynolds reposted the Lively’s story on Instagram and added his own caption: “Clearly your birth control doesn’t work, so…”
Before that Lively would cut his hair, Reynolds revealed it that he’d been having a haircut by the end of March. He told Stephen Colbert that Lively had once cut it, but that didn’t work out well. “In the end, it looked like she’d done the whole thing only using a lighter or like those gloves made of sandpaper,” he whispered.
Reynolds and Lively often poke fun at each other on social media, but over the years Reynolds expressed glowingly and quite seriously about the value his wife has had in his life. In 2017, at the Met Gala, he told the Humans of New York that Lively “always responds with empathy. She meets anger with empathy. She meets hate with empathy. She’ll take the time to imagine what happened to a person when they were five or six years old. And she’s made me a more empathetic person. I had a very fractured relationship with my father. Before he died, she made me remember things I didn’t want to remember. She made me remember the good times.”
