Rob Lowe And John Owen Lowe Collaborate For a Netflix Comedy Series

Netflix has dropped the trailer of "Unstable", a new comedy special featuring Rob Lowe and John Owen Lowe.

Rob Lowe and John Owen Lowe are back together on screen for a new comedy series on Netflix called ‘Unstable’. This eight-part series releases on the 30th of this March. Netflix dropped a video on YouTube where the father-son talks about the series and their characters. The video begins with John talking about his childhood with his father, which later continues with them describing their characters and the instability between them. John says “I spent a good deal of my youth keeping him humble.” He calls it a “significantly large task.”

‘Unstable’ is a series about Ellis Dragon(Rob), an eccentric and narcissistic father and owner of high-tech bio research. His son, Jackson Dragon(John), is a socially shy boy who needs to save his father from his weird and problematic behavior, which puts everyone around him at stake.

Father Lowe has worked in more than thirty films since his debut in television film Thursday’s Child(1983), for which he got nominated for a Golden Globe Award. One of his best performances include Sam Seaborn, assistant to the president in a political drama series ‘The West Wing’ (1999-2006) on NBC.

John has worked in every film with his father since his debut. Christmas At The Plaza (2019) is the only film which didn’t include Rob in the cast. His elder brother(and elder son of Rob), who is two years older than him is also an actor.
