When Rihanna declared her pregnancy news yesterday, fans screamed in excitement and sent out an abundance of love and well wishes to the duo. While the internet was flooded with congratulatory messages from fans and everyone that adored the couple, Rihanna was seen posting a series of photos to break the amazing news. In the picture, Rihanna can be seen flaunting her bare baby bump as boyfriend A$AP kissed her forehead. The two had been dating since November 2020 and A$AP had even confessed Rihanna as the ‘love of her life”.
Along with fans,Rihanna’s father also shared how he’s ‘ecstatic’ after learning the news of her daughter’s pregnancy and boasted how she’d make for a great mother. “To be honest I only found out yesterday but for the last five years, everybody was saying she was pregnant all the time” he said.
“She called me and said she had some good news for me and I automatically knew what it was. “I think this is a good time, she doesn’t want to wait until she’s in her 40s.” he further added.
Not just the world, the soon to be mommy Rihanna too had shared previously on many occasions on how she always wanted to be a mother. On several occasions, the diamond singer didn’t shy away from expressing how passionate she was to have kids. “I know I will want to live differently [in 10 years] “I’ll have kids — three or four of ’em. … They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives. But the only thing that matters is happiness, that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.” she was seen saying.
She had also once mentioned in an interview how looks at motherhood as her ultimate dream. “It’s not necessarily everyone’s dream to be a mom … but it’s mine,” Rihanna said.
My mother is an incredible example of how to fight through obstacles in life. I’m sure her mom taught her that and that’s how I’m going to be. We are impeccable, we’re special and the world is going to have to deal with that.” she further added as she expressed wanting to have babies “more than anything in life”.
Boyfriend A$AP and Rihanna are on the same page when it comes to having babies, both seem to share a love for kids. A$AP had revealed how he’d be a great father someday, “I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad”, said the rapper.
As of now, the couple is madly in love while it was suggested in August last year that the two are indeed planning to take their relationship to the next level and that an engagement was possibly in the works.
