If you are somewhat active on the internet, you know the Fenty founder Rihanna is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky. The internet went into a frenzy after the announcement and since then, fans all around the world have been keen on knowing about the soon-to-be mommy’s whereabouts. In her recent interview, Rihanna shared about her pregnancy journey so far. She shared how she tried ‘hard’ to keep her pregnancy a secret as her friends kept questioning her “It was harder for me to keep it from my posse because they’re around me, they know my habits,” she said.
“They’re like, ‘You don’t want something to drink? You’re not smoking?’ And I’m eating all the things I’m not used to eating. They know I hate sweets and I’m all of a sudden asking for cookies and donuts. But finally, I just had to let it all out, and they were all shocked, of course, as the world was shocked as well.” she revealed.
She further revealed how she’s trying to keep up with the pregnancy-related illnesses as well, “Really great — tired at times, on and off, which I am not used to. I can fight through any hour of the night, but now it’s, like, putting me down: ‘No, you go to bed right now.”
she shared how the jacket that she chose to wear when she revealed her pregnancy news was the one that she had been waiting to put on for a very long time. “I got this jacket when no one knew that I was pregnant and it was just a jacket that I loved and I was always waiting for the moment I was going to wear it,” she said. “It just happened to be perfect for that day. One, it was cold, and two, I could unbutton it to just the right spot” she said.
The Fenty star also revealed how a Fenty baby line was an ‘obvious next step’, which is in the making right now. “Ugh, I just want to lay here on this couch all day,’” Rihanna explained. “But when you put on a little face and a little lipstick, you transform. You put some clothes on, and it’s like, when you look good, you feel good. I’ve heard that for a very long time, but it’s true. It really can get you up off that couch and make you feel like a bad bitch.” she concluded.
Further, since Riri’s pregnancy is currently at a 3or a 4-month mark, it is reported that the baby is most likely to arrive in June or July, rocking another cancer or Gemini. Others also speculated the sex of the unborn baby, they believe Rihanna’s pink fur coat that she apparently wore at the time of the pregnancy announcement was indeed her way of disclosing the gender of the baby.
According to this, many believe the couple might be expecting a baby girl but again, these are just speculations as Riri or A$AP themselves, haven’t confirmed anything yet.
