Aussie Star Rebel Wilson Latest Improvemnent On Her Goal Weight
Australian actress Rebel Wilson, 40, who had already been candid about her weight, took to Instagram to declare: “call me: Fit Amy,” a play on words from her role Fat Amy in the movie Pitch Perfect.
The Pitch Perfect actress, 40, revealed in her new update on her fitness journey that she is close to her target of getting down to 165 lbs. Up until the end of 2020.
“Happy Sunday everyone! Gearing up for a great week ahead,” she posted, alongside a picture from a recent hiking trip, on social media. “This week was super busy but I got up super early 3 times (6am ) and went on a hike…even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher.”
While Wilson joked that “my ‘sprint’ is probably someone else’s ‘slow jog,’ ” she added that she “felt proud of myself.”
“Now only 3kg’s away from my goal weight!” she wrote which is 6 lbs or so.
“Remember though girls, you still gotta treat yourself,” she reminded her fans in a separate message, alongside a brief video showing the actress ready to dig in for a delicious treat.
“I just do it with food now only once or twice a week…and substitute bubble baths on alternate nights,” she continued.
