It caught attention soon after they changed their Instagram bio to include pronouns as “they/them” instead of using “she/her”, this revealed that they now go by the Nick with friends and family. However, they will continue to using Emma Dumont as their stage name.

A representative for Emma Dumont confirmed the news to TMZ, and said, “They identify as a trans masculine non-binary person. Their work name is still going to be Emma Dumont, but they will go by Nick with friends and family,” said the publicist.

Emma has been really active and posting on Instagram recently, sharing selfies and other pictures featuring new look. Though they haven’t directly spoken about their name or pronouns, fans noticed the change in their bio, which now reflects their updated identity.
