Nick Cannon has developed a reputation as an extremely prolific man in the eyes of the public. He’s already fathered seven children, four of them were born within the previous two years. And the arrival of baby number eight is just around the corner. However, ahead of the latest addition to the Cannon Kids Club, the former Nickelodeon star spoke out on how committed he is to the lives of all of his children.
His condition appears to be a difficult balancing act, according to popular opinion. Nick Cannon, who is 41 years old, is still quite active in the entertainment sector, hosting The Masked Singer and having his own daytime talk show in recent years. Simultaneously, his children have been born to four different moms, resulting in four separate houses to manage (and soon to be five). Despite the fact that all of this mathematics makes things seem complicated, Cannon maintains in his book that it’s actually rather easy.
Cannon revealed to Men’s Health, “Contrary to popular belief, I’m probably engaged throughout my children’s day, more often than the average adult can be. If I’m not physically in the same city as my kids, I’m talking to them before they go to school via FaceTime and stuff. And then when I am [in the same city, I’m] driving my kids to school, like making sure I pick ’em up. All of those things, making sure [I’m there for] all extracurricular activities. I’m involved in everything from coaching to having guitar lessons with my daughter every week.”

Nick Cannon’s eighth child with Bre Tiesi is expected to be a boy. The child’s due date hasn’t been officially verified yet, but given that Tiesi was already exhibiting a little baby bulge when they made that contentious announcement in January, and it’s been six months since then, you can figure it out. While his personal destiny appears to be a little clearer at the moment, his commercial ventures are a different story.
His YouTube chat show of the same name was cancelled after only one season. Several talk shows, including The Wendy Williams Show, The Real, and Ellen DeGeneres’ long-running series, had also just been called off. Despite this, Nick Cannon continues to host and executive produce Fox’s enormously successful competition series The Masked Singer, which recently announced the Season 7 winner last month during its finale.
