It’s true that after months of anticipation, few days back on 20th September, Netflix finally announced the season’s release date alongside the first full-length trailer.
Season 4 is being touted as the group’s “last adventure” and will pick its pace where we left off in On My Block season 3 finale.
Filled with equally balanced parts of comedy and drama, this coming-of-age series revolves around the story of Freeridge teens César (Diego Tinoco), Monse (Sierra Capri), Ruby (Jason Genao), and Jamal (Brett Gray) as they navigate life in the South Central neighborhood with the total mix of friendship, love, and everything in between also including heists.
Season 3 of On My Block ended after Monse left Freeridge but also made a strong promise to everyone that nothing is gonna change which ultimately ended up happening next. The series closed out the season with a two-year time jump, showing a more than distant core four who are the OG squad.
