NASA Confirms Tom Cruise’s Plans To Shoot In Space; Check Out

Actor Tom Cruise is known for his love for action genre film but it seems like he has taken this fascination to a whole another level. As per the reports, the Mission: Impossible actor is planning to shoot a film in space with the help of Elon Musk’s Space X. However, there is currently, no studio attached to it but he is working with NASA for the same.

Jim Bridenstine who works as an official administrator at NASA, took to Twitter to announce this news. He wrote, “NASA is excited to work with @TomCruise on a film aboard the @Space_Station! We need popular media to inspire a new generation of engineers and scientists to make @NASA’s ambitious plans a reality.”

Also, a well-known outlet reported that Tom Cruise and Elon Musk’s Space X are working with NASA and it would be the first narrative film filled with action and adventure to be shot in outer space. The outlet also clarified that it is not a Mission: Impossible film and no studio is involved at this stage and they will inform about further development. It also revealed that the project is in the early stages of liftoff.

It is a piece of wild news for Cruise’s fans who will be at the edge of their seats in anticipation for him to make an official announcement about the same by himself. And if the project works out then it will a first of its kind to be shot in space.

On the work front, Tom Cruise has three big projects in his kitty. He will be next seen in Top Gun: Maverick and Mission: Impossible 7 & 8. All three of the ventures have currently been postponed due to on-going coronavirus pandemic.
