This is indeed an amazing news scoop of the day as doing things a bit differently instead of taking to social media handle like other celebs did, Miley Cyrus tweaked Party In The USA lyrics to support Britney.
Its true that instead of taking to her twitter or instagram account for shouting out her support to Britney Spears, Miley indeed literally shouted #FreeBritney during her recent performance at Resorts World’s Ayu Nights in Las Vegas.
A few days back on 4th July, Miley Cyrus performed on the stage and took part in its grand opening and when the best moment came for her to perform Party In The USA, she changed and literally switched up the lyrics to show support for Britney.
The lyrics were, “That’s when the taxi man turned on the radio. He turned to me and said, ‘Free Britney! Free Britney!”.
This new version of her own hit song has been going viral on social media as also seen by a fan clip which got shared online. Joined by the crowd and throng of fans whilst performing her own song but with the tweaked lyrics to support Britney, Nevertheless like an unstoppable force, Miley continued the “Free Britney” chants for the rest of the song, also adding “We love Jay-Z but we’ve got to free this b*tch” in between her verses.
Also we all know that it isn’t the first time wherein Miley has used one of her sets and songs as a platform to shout out the Free Britney movement. According to a leading global entertainment portal back in 2019 espeically during one of her concerts in Memphis, the singing sensation and popstar also had smartly used “Party in the USA” to sneak in a Free Britney reference – that time via the “And a Britney song was on” verse.
But ofcourse this time around, Miley’s most recent shoutout and love along with strong solidarity with Britney feels more timely and accurate in light of Britney’s hearing.
Just last week, it was getting reported on social media and internet about how a Los Angeles judge had ultimately denied and not given in to Britney’s months old request of removing her dad Jamie Spears from the role of being her main conservator in this conservatorship and back then in last week, we all also got to know about how strongly did Britney’s tell all explosive telephonic testimony that day had inspired Elizabeth Warren and Bob Casey to publically call out for getting more conservatorship data across the entire US.
