Louis Tomlinson Postpones His April & May Tour Dates

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Louis Tomlinson has announced the postponement of his April and May tour dates. Read below to know more.

The whole entertainment and music industry is getting adversely affected by the novel coronavirus pandemic. Many films, shows, and music concerts are getting cancelled or postponed due to the outbreak of the virus.

Former 1 Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has also taken up a tough call and has postponed his April and May tour dates.

The British singer tweeted, “Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all of my tour dates for April & May 2020 are being rescheduled. I’m really gutted but of course the health and safety of all of my fans and tour crew needs to come first. I’ll be announcing the new dates very soon. Stay safe, Louis x.”

The young singer has now joined the list of the artists who have postponed their upcoming events and tours due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In March, Louis cancelled his UK Tour, he tweeted, “I’m sad to say that we have made the decision to reschedule my UK Tour that was due to start next week,” Tomlinson tweeted. “We are working with the promoter and venues to make new plans as soon as possible but these things are taking a little longer at the moment.”

The whole world has come to a standstill due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it is adversely affecting many aspects of the economy as well. The United Kingdom is one of the worst-hit nations in Europe with several deaths due to the virus.

Talking about Louis Tomlinson, he marked his debut on January 30 by releasing his album Walls.
