Lily Collins has shared a throwback photo of when she said yes to her wedding dress at Ralph Lauren in Paris before marrying husband Charlie McDowell in September last year. In a picture posted on her Instagram, Emily In Paris star could be seen posing in front of the store entrance with her arms in the air, with the actress captioning the image, “That time I said yes to the dress.”
Lily Collins wore a vintage-inspired lace gown and cape as she said ‘I do’ to Charlie in an intimate ceremony in Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado. The Ralph Lauren dress featured a high neck and long sleeves, and she was seen standing with her tuxedo-clad husband under a magical-looking waterfall in pictures from the couple’s special day.
For unversed, the couple got engaged in September 2020 in the stunning surroundings of Sedona, Arizona, with Lily showing off her ring on social media at the time. Her engagement came after just one year of dating The One I Love filmmaker Charlie. Meanwhile, her recent post comes just after Lily slipped into a red sequinned mini dress in fun new photos. Taking to Instagram, the actress pulled off her best poses as she put on a dazzling display in front of the bathroom mirror.
However, the actress has much to smile about these days, as her hit Netflix series, Emily in Paris, has been renewed for seasons 3 and 4. The show was the streaming platform’s most popular comedy series of 2020, with the streamer claiming the first season was watched by 58 M households in its first month.
Lily starred as the comedy–drama’s central character Emily Cooper, a young marketing executive from Chicago who moves to Paris for her dream job. However, Emily In Paris 2 ended with a cliffhanger, with Emily having to choose between staying in Paris or moving back to Chicago for a promotion.
