Elsa Pataky who is happily married to Liam Hemsworth’s older brother Chris Hemsworth recently gave fans an update on how Liam is doing ever since his break-up and indirectly mocked Miley Cyrus. Elsa who was in Madrid to promote the launch of the Christmas campaign of lingerie brand Women’s Secret made the surprising comments.
Elsa said, “My brother-in-law, well…After a relationship that you’ve dedicated ten years to, he’s a little bit down, but he’s coping well. He’s a strong boy and he deserves the best, I think he deserves much better.”
Miley and Liam who were filming for their movie The Last Song in fell in love on the sets of the film. They got engaged by in June, only to break up the following summer. Miley then got into a wild child phase, but in 2015, she was on a campaign to win Liam back, which she did. Miley and Liam then tied the knot just before Christmas at her Nashville home, but just 8 months of being married she was snapped making out with Brody Jenner‘s ex Kaitlynn Carter, in Italy, whereas Liam was in Australia. The very next day they announced their split and Liam wasted no time in filing for divorce.
Further talking about how Liam handled the break-up, Elsa revealed, “You always find support in your family, and he’s joined at the hip with his brother, who has been there to give all the strength he needed.”
