Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence, 31, and her art gallery director husband, Cooke Maroney, 37, after two years of wedding, are officially set to welcome their first child together, People reports. The Hunger Games star’s representative Liz Mahoney confirmed the news on Wednesday. Mahoney stated that no other details will be provided at this time. The couple didn’t reveal its due date yet. Lawrence doesn’t even have an Instagram account and, we do not expect her to release any further news or photographs.
The couple tied the knot at a mansion in Newport, Rhode Island on October 19, 2019. Lawrence carried a Dior dress for her happy day. Lawrence and Maroney held a wedding reception and invited their 150 close friends and family member. They invited Adele, Amy Schumer, Kris Jenner, Emma Stone, and Ashley Olsen.
The couple started dating in 2018. After almost eight-month of dating, they got engaged in February 2019. Later The Don’t Look Up fame star opened up about the wedding planning on the Naked with Catt Salder podcast in June 2019. She said, “I met Cooke, and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other.” She continued, “We wanted to commit fully. And, you know, he is my best friend. I feel very honored to become a Maroney.”
Despite Lawrence’s high profile, the couple has managed to keep their relationship as private as possible. Also, they have never attended a red carpet event together.
However, Lawrence has previously opened up about Maroney in interviews. She stated to Entertainment Tonight, “He is just the best person I have ever met in my whole life.” She added, “It was a very, very easy decision (to marry him).”
Laurence’s husband Cooke is a director of Gladstone64. The art gallery is located in New York City. He has studied art History and Economics. The art connoisseur Cooke is from rural Middlebury, Vermont, where his parents James Maroney and Suki Fredericks own the Oliver Hill Farm.

Lawrence, who is one of the highest-paid actresses was previously dated British actor Nicholas Hoult from 2010 to 2014. She has also been in a relationship with musician and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from June 2014 to August 2015, and director Darren Aronofsky from August 2016 to October 2017.
Jennifer Lawrence’s next project is Don’t Look Up whose trailer has been recently released. Directed and written by Adam McKay, the film is starring includes Hollywood A-listers Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Timothee Chalamet, Jonah Hill, Ariana Grande, Tyler Perry, Ron Perlman, and Kid Cudi. The film with a super impressive star cast will stream on Netflix from December 24.
