Kate Moss Reveals Johnny Depp Hid Diamond Necklace in ‘Bum’ Before Gifting It To Her

Kate stated she got her "first diamonds ever" as a gift from her then-boyfriend Johnny, who showed up to dinner with the diamonds in his jeans.

Kate Moss recalls getting her ‘first diamonds ever’ in the shape of a necklace from Johnny Depp, who hid the jewels in his “bum” before giving them to her during a dinner date! While anecdotes about the 48-year-old supermodel have surfaced over the years, she spilled all the beans in a recent video interview for British Vogue.

“And that diamond necklace Johnny gave me, they were the first diamonds I ever owned,” Kate said, gazing at a picture of herself in her twenties wearing the jewels. “He pulled them out of the crack of his arse. We were going out to dinner and he said, ‘I’ve got something in my bum, can you have a look,’ and I was like, ‘what’ and I put my hand down his trousers and pulled out a diamond necklace. That diamond necklace.”

Kate remembers the diamond presentation fondly, much like her three-year love engagement with the actor, as she bragged about it in 2012, 15 years after they separated. “There’s nobody that’s ever really been able to take care of me. Johnny did for a bit. I believed what he said,” she told USA Today. “Like if I said, ‘What do I do?’ he’d tell me. And that’s what I missed when I left.”

Kate added, “I really lost that gauge of somebody I could trust. Nightmare. Years and years of crying. Oh, the tears!” Kate also testified on Johnny’s behalf in his defamation case against ex-Amber Heard. After Amber brought up a story in court about Johnny pushing Kate down a flight of stairs, the British beauty practically took the stand to say, “[Johnny} never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.”

Johnny sued Amber for $50 million after she wrote a defamatory op-ed in The Washington Post in 2018. She countersued for $100 million, also claiming slander. Johnny was granted compensatory damages of $10 million and punitive damages of $5 million. Despite being found guilty, Amber was granted $2 million in damages for her counterclaim, which held Johnny’s counsel liable for defamation for declaring Amber a liar.
