Kanye West Justifies Punching A Fan; Reveals He Was ‘Angry’

The 44 Donda star is alleged to have punched a fan in LA, or at least, that's what multiple reports suggest!

It was the month of January that Kanye was alleged to have assaulted a fan outside of a LA-based nightspot, a report suggested. The fan, who is known to have asked for an autograph, was punched by Kanye. Law enforcement sources have further revealed how all the necessary investigations, like collecting the witness statements and assessing the paparazzi videos have already been completed.

Kanye however had then refused to speak with the police, putting all the blame on his busy work schedule. In the viral video, the assaulted fan can be seen left on the ground after the incident took place.

While Kanye’s part of the story differs from the suggested reports. He admits to having punched the man but refused to call him a ‘fan’ and alleged how he used the rapper’s autograph to make money out of them. The 22 times Grammy winner gave insights into the incident, It was 3 a.m. in front of the Warehouse.

“I’m saying, ‘You don’t know what I’m dealing with right now.’ I just finished these two songs, I came from the studio,” West said, adding: “And this dude, he just had this real attitude, like, ‘What you gonna do? And see that?’ Imma just tell you, that blue COVID mask ain’t stop that knockout, you know what I’m saying?” he said contrary to the reports that mentioned how Kanye jumped out of his car and punched a fan for being asked for an autograph.

“This is the same as the paparazzi, this is not a fan. This is someone who is using your image, who probably never listened to your songs.” he further added.

“So I end up getting into an altercation with the guy that wanted to make money off of my autographs, then my cousin pulls up and she’s talking to me,” he continued. “I say, ‘Give me a breather. Get away from me.’ She is not taking accountability for the fact that she did not do what she was supposed to do, and that added to me being in a mood where I was like, ‘I am not going to have this.'” he justified.

Not just this, the rapper was also arrested previously back in 2014 for apparently assaulting a photographer. The “Gold Digger” star had reportedly punched the photographer and even took his camera, thereby damaging it. Similarly, he had got into hot water in 2008 when he had damaged the cameras of a bunch of photographers. He was later released on a $20,000 bail for compensating the damage he caused to the photographers.
