Justin Bieber’s grandmother was allegedly involved in a dynamic car crash in Ontario this weekend, according to TMZ. The singer–songwriter’s step-grandmother Kathy, on his father Jeremy’s side, was reportedly hit while stopped in her car on a city street. News of the crash broke through a Facebook public community page dedicated to classic cars in the Stratford area.
Meanwhile, a photo of the aftermath of the incident made the rounds on the popular social media site with smoke billowing from the red and white convertible. Brandan Stevens, who may be related to the Baby singer, reportedly posted that he was in the accident alongside Kathy. When asked by other Facebook users what happened, he wrote on the site, “we were at a dead stop as a car was turning left a couple of cars in front of us. Then a distracted driver rear-ended us they say she had to be doing 70.”
He continued, “Wasn’t good had to pull my grandmother out of the car. could have been very bad if we were in there for even another 5 seconds as the doors were bound shut.” Kathy has posed alongside the car in the past, and she and Justin have stood in several pictures together, though admittedly not in several years. Kathy is Justin’s step-grandmother, having married his father’s biological father George sometime in the past.

Justin and his wife Hailey have not yet posted about the incident in question. It is unclear if Bieber and his grandparents have a close relationship. However, Justin has recently suffered from Ramsay Hunts syndrome. The Grammy-winning artist took to his Instagram to explain why he chose to postpone numerous forthcoming gigs.
Justin explained Ramsay Hunts syndrome while saying, It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis.” “As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move,” the singer explained. However, the singer seems to recover as previously Hailey updated his fans saying, Bieber is doing well now.
