The tour had already been postponed six times before. The 28 year old singer first cancelled his tour in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with him releasing the rescheduled dates for 2021. But it was again postponed to 2022. But it had to be postponed yet again when he got Covid and then again in June of 2022 due to his battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

Bieber shared a video on Instagram informing his fans that he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome type 2, where his face appeared paralyzed. He later returned to his show and performed multiple live concerts, but it was again cut short in September 2022 due to his health issues. The singer announced that all remaining dates are postponed with no official rescheduling.
