Justin Bieber BREAKS Elvis Presley’s US chart record

Justin Bieber the youngest artist to score seven No 1 albums in the US, beating Presley’s 59-year-old record!

Justin Bieber at just 25, becoming the youngest artist to score seven No 1 albums has officially broken the US chart record set by Elvis Presley 59 years ago!

The Intentions crooner has topped the chart with his album Changes that he dropped on Valentine’s Day as an ‘open love letter to Hailey Baldwin’ and ended up beating Elvis, whose seventh album Blue Hawaii was released when he was 26, in 1961.

This not the first time, however, that Bieber made history. In 2010 aged 16, Justin topped the US charts with his debut album My World 2.0. Two albums out of three have all also reached US No 1. The Yummy singer has also topped this week’s R&B and country songs charts.

Not just in the US, but even in the UK,  Justin has topped the album chart twice with 2020’s hit album Changes and 2012’s hit album Believe. Over the years, Bieber has had seven UK No 1 singles.

Talking about Changes in his docuseries Season, Bieber said, “In the song ‘Changes,’ it actually talks about how some days we want to push further, and some days we feel like doing nothing, and that often comes with our mood and our attitude towards life.”

He added: “Sometimes when life throws you things you can’t control, naturally your attitude is to be upset or to be disappointed or discouraged, but when you fight through those feelings that are just feelings at the end of the day, and we choose to put your effort into your work or into your passion, you find that drive by just being here and forcing myself to get out of bed.”
