Jennifer Lopez gushed over her 'second chance at love' with Ben Affleck as she reflected their on and off relationship.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck amused fans when they rekindled their romance last year in May, nearly two decades after calling off their engagement. Popularly called ‘Bennifer,’ Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez dated for a while yet went on to marry different partners and have children but ended up gravitating back to one another.

However, in an interview with People magazine, Jennifer Lopez dished her “second chance at love” with Ben Affleck as she reflected on their rocky relationship path. JLO said, “I feel so lucky and happy and proud to be with him. It’s a beautiful love story that we got a second chance.” The Get Right hitmaker also insisted that things are different between the lovebirds the second time around, as they ‘don’t take each other for granted.’

Jennifer Lopez then explained, “there’s more of an appreciation and a celebration.” Jennifer then went on to spill beans on the struggles that Ben has overcome, saying “I’m so proud of him, I’m so proud of the man he’s become that I’ve watched from afar. Being honest with each other, being loving, that’s just the basis of everything.”
