Jennifer Lawrence recently gets candid on a reality tv show that likes watching. In a recent interview, the actress admitted she has a soft spot for reality TV, in particular, the British-made Don’t Tell The Bride, which she calls ‘the best reality show ever’. Oscar-winning actress revealed her love for the series which sees couples get funding for their wedding, on the condition that the groom organises everything.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she confessed, ‘You guys [in the U.K.] have the best reality show ever: Don’t Tell The Bride. And sometimes it’s great and romantic and like, ‘Oh, these colours are horrible, but thank you, honey.’ And then sometimes, they break up over it. One woman was like, ‘Not Vegas. Not Vegas. Not Vegas.’ Guess what? It was Vegas. And he didn’t invite her sister.”
She added, “I had to defend myself to Woody Harrelson. He came into my trailer and was like, ‘Are you really going to watch this garbage?’ And here’s what I have to say about the garbage: You’re watching interpersonal relationships that are real. As far as I can see, they’re real.” The latest revelation comes after Jennifer clarified her recent claim that she was the first-ever woman to be cast as the lead of an action movie despite the likes of Sigourney Weaver and Angelina Jolie heading franchises long before her.

In a statement to THR, the Academy Award-winner said her remark ‘came out wrong’ and that meant to express how ‘good it feels’ to be a feminine force in a male-dominated genre. She originally made the bizarre claim during a sit-down with fellow Oscar winner Viola Davis as part of Variety’s Actors on Actors series, which was released earlier this week.
