James Bond Star Olga Kurylenko Tested Positive For Covid 19

James Bond star Olga Kurylenko has been tested positive for the coronavirus. The Quantum of Solace star has confirmed in an Instagram post and advised to ' take this seriously'.

Ukrainian-born actor and model Olga Kurylenko have confirmed that she has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

The actress, best known for acting in 2008’s James Bond film Quantum of Solace and 2013’s sci-fi film Oblivion, took to Instagram to share her diagnosis on Sunday. Kurylenko, 40, said she was “almost a week”. “Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus,” “Having checked positively for Coronavirus locked up at home,” she wrote with a photo of a view from a window.

She further wrote “I’ve actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself and do take this seriously!”

Kurylenko is the new celebrity Hollywood to have contracted the COVID-19 which the World Health Organization (WHO) proclaimed a pandemic last week.

Star couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson tested positive for the condition earlier last week. Lucian Grainge, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music was admitted for the weekend care of the virus. No Time to Die, the new James Bond film was postponed to November in the wake of the worldwide shutdown of theatres.
