Is Johnny Depp DATING His Attorney Camille Vasquez?

The speculation of Johnny Depp and his attorney, Camille Vasquez, dating began on social media based on their interactions in court.

Johnny Depp has been super friendly with one of his attorneys, but it seems like social media has its own theory. Recently, Depp and his attorney were seen laughing and giggling in one of the viral videos. And several TikTok and Twitter users have jumped to the conclusion that these two are in a relationship based on their interactions in court.

However, debunking all the speculations, a source close to Camille Vasquez, one of the many lawyers Johnny’s hired to rep him in his trial against Amber Heard, tells TMZ, “there’s speculation something’s going on between her and JD but it’s nothing more than fan fiction from social media.” The source continued, “They are definitely NOT dating, despite what some people think they see happening in the courtroom.”

As for all the smiling and giggling some have noticed between Johnny and Camille, the source told TMZ, that she finds him funny and couldn’t help but laugh at some of his antics and/or his sense of humour. More importantly, the source added to TMZ that “Camille is happily taken. She’s dating a British fella, who works in real estate with whom she’s been in a serious relationship for several months.”

The source went on to say to the outlet, “Camille doesn’t think Johnny treats her any differently than any of the other lawyers, and they’re all just trying to stay strong as this trial heats up. They’re looking forward to a Win for Johnny. Talking about the ongoing Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial, Johnny has sued Amber Heard for $50 million for implying he abused her during their marriage which led to him losing work and social standing.

Meanwhile, Amber sued him for $100 million in return. The trial is currently underway in Virginia, is live-streamed, and is available in the public domain. In the recent hearing, Amber was recounting a fight between her and Johnny that took place in March 2015 and also involved her sister Whitney Heard who was trying to protect her.

Previously, Amber Heard eventual took a stand and brought about a number of explosive claims and shocking revelations. However, currently, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial have been put on hold as the court adjourned on Thursday, May 5, for the break because Judge Penney Azcarate had a conference she needed to attend. Depp and Heard will be back in court on Monday, May 16, with testimony beginning around 9:30 a.m. The trial usually runs on a Monday-Thursday schedule.
