Here’s Why Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston’s $45.5 Million Beverly Hills Mansion Remains Unsold

Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were once the IT couple of the tinsel town but alas things didn’t quite work out between the two. The couple parted ways back in 2005 after being married to each other for five years. However, their fans now can’t help but wonder that if Brad and Jen were still together they would have celebrated 20 years of marital bliss this month.

Meanwhile, Brad and Jen’s former residence in Los Angeles remains unoccupied after being on the market for almost one year. The mansion situated in Beverly Hills has an asking price of $45.5 million. The former lovebirds bought the 12,000 square foot house back in 2001 for the US $13.1 million and they spent three years renovating the same. The mansion has four bedrooms and comes with a swimming pool, and a championship tennis court as well. The house has plenty of outdoor space as well as heated marble floors in the kitchen. The house is built to merge indoor and outdoor living.

Post their divorce in 2005 the couple sold the house to Jonathan Brooks who is also the current owner of the house.

The house is well furnished and has all luxurious amenities for comfortable living. The mansion first got listed into the market in May 2019 for the US $49 million but got a UD $4.5 million price cut in October 2019. There is no particular reason behind the price drop but it is making everyone come up with their fair share of conspiracy theories.

While some are thinking that it’s just a real estate thing, others are wondering if the house is cursed.

Well, no one can put their finger on why the house remains unoccupied instead of being accustomed to various facilities.
