However, some of the celebrities celebrated New Year’s Eve early in the day as celebrities took to social media to wish their followers well. And it has been made clear that everyone hopes 2022 is a better year as 2021 falls on a sour note with rising COVID cases.
Miley Cyrus
Some of the stars who got the party started early were Miley Cyrus, who was seen with a purple martini glass as she promoted her NYE special. Miley Cyrus shared some snaps of rehearsing for her New Year’s Eve event with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, who has been dating Kim Kardashian. Miley also shared some sizzling snaps from ‘Miley New Year’s Eve Party!’
Nick Jonas
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra welcomed 2022 in the most romantic style. While Priyanka is yet to drop snaps from their celebration, Nick shared a glimpse from their New Year on social media with a mushy post. Sharing a kiss with his lady love, Nick adorably captioned their moment as “My forever New Years kiss.” Priyanka donned a black slip dress for the New Year party while Nick sported a beige shirt for the celebration.
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney Kardashian followed, dressing up and showing skin in a sparkling two-piece set. She shared a slew of alluring photos in a silver top and shorts set styled by her go-to stylist Dani Michelle. Along with the snaps Kourtney wrote, “2022 the best is yet to come.” The Poosh founder showed off her curves in the sparkling brassiere that highlighted her perky cleavage. While her neck was adorned with a very large, flashy choker made of sparkling stones. Hanging from it was a sizable cross pendant. And Kourtney’s look was pulled together with a pair of open-toe dazzling platform heels.
Khloe Kardashian
Khloe Kardashian appeared on Instagram early on Friday to say she’s ready to part ways with 2021. Taking to the app’s Stories feature she shared a video with her daughter True, three, by her side. The reality TV star wore festive multicolor 2022 glasses as she said, ‘We are starting early over here. We are saying sayonara to 2021 as early as possible.’ She also shared the first teaser for her and her family’s upcoming Hulu series The Kardashians. Accompanying the video she said, ‘New year, new beginnings.’
Lily Collins
Lily Collins had a double celebration! Emily In Paris actress simultaneously celebrated the turn of the year and reached 25 million followers on Instagram. She shared photos from earlier this year when she filmed season two of the hit Netflix show Emily in Paris with her costars Ashley Park and Camille Razat. She wrote in the caption, “Celebrating 25M and 2021 the way these three celebrate a normal weeknight! Happy new year!…” The collection of photos showed the three women gallivanting in Europe and dressed to the nines.

Jennifer Aniston wishes her fans a throwback video collage that features amazing photos from Friends: The Reunion along with a short video from the sets of the reunion special episode.
