Zayn Malik broke several hearts when he decided to leave One Direction and the members of his band back in 2015 to pursue a solo career. There have been speculations since he left the band that Zayn’s departure has led to an endless feud between himself and Harry Styles. Harry finally cleared the air and expressed his feelings about Zayn leaving the band, during a recent interview. He said, “I don’t believe that it was a wrong thing to do.”
The 26-year-old said that he couldn’t oppose Zayn Malik’s decision as he didn’t want him to stay in the band knowing he didn’t want to be there.
He opened up on a variety of topics during the interview including his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift and all the songs she wrote about him after their breakup. Taylor wrote songs about him after they decided to call it quits in 2013, including’ Trouble’,’ Out of the Woods’ and’ Style’. Harry said that when other artists write songs about him it is always touching.
The singer also spoke about his dating life during the conversation and said that he likes to protect his relationships. He claims that it’s always better to spend enough time with your partner before going public. He has even said that someday he wants to get married.
