Halsey Is Suffering From FOUR Syndromes And Is ‘Allergic To Almost Everything’

Halsey revealed that her health has changed a lot since she got pregnant and gave birth to her son last year in July.

Halsey has recently revealed that she’s suffering from four different health conditions, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Sjögren’s syndrome, Mast Cell Activation syndrome, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia. The pop star’s dramatic diagnosis came after she was hospitalized with Anaphylaxis a few times and saw ‘100K doctors’ to help uncover the cause of her chronic illness.

Taking to her Instagram story, three-time Grammy nominee shared, “Obviously, my health has changed a lot since I got pregnant and gave birth and I started getting really, really, really sick.” “I’ve been kind of sick pretty much my whole adult life, but it started getting bad,” Halsey admitted via Instastory. She continues, “I’m still looking for answers to the root cause of some of these things. They could potentially be another form of autoimmune disease.”

Halsey continues, “And I’ve known I’ve had autoimmune issues for most of my life, especially having endometriosis. It’s kind of been exacerbated since having (my nine-month-old son Ender Ridley Aydin).” The singer added, “I’m keeping you guys updated because I know you’re seeing the heart monitor and I’m sick all the time and I don’t want anybody to be worrying. I’m on a treatment plan right now.”

Previously, Halsey made a brief appearance at the 2022 Grammys. Following the award show, the “Bad at Love” singer revealed that she left the Grammys award show earlier because she wasn’t “feeling super well.” Meanwhile, a day before the Grammys, Halsey shared that they’d had endometriosis surgery just three days prior, writing, “I’m attending tomorrow for the first time in years and I had surgery again (you guessed it) 3 days ago. Only posting this to say, if you see me be gentle lol I’m fragile. Fragile but excited.”

Just a few weeks after the Grammys, Halsey took to her Instagram Story to share that she had been ‘in and out of the hospital’ for the past few weeks while ‘dealing with some new challenges.’ Alongside a selfie of her lying in bed and holding up a peace sign, she penned, “Trying my best to keep things normal; Grammys, Coachella etc.” “But my body is putting up a strong protest. And ultimately demanding that I slow down or stop foreal this time. Especially so I can be in the best shape for the tour.”
