We are officially entering a new month and a season with a bunch of new movies and series. While Netflix showered binge-watchable shows and movies in April, May promises to be just as entertaining. In addition to the release of Rebel Wilson’s Senior Year and the movie adaptation of Sarah Dessen’s novel, Along for the Ride, the wait will finally be over with new episodes of Stranger Things.
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1
For the most anticipated and awaited upcoming seasons of Stranger Things, the hit sci-fi drama will be split into two parts, for a “supersized” season that already looks completely wild. However, the official synopsis of Stranger Things season 4 reads, “It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins.
The official synopsis of Stranger Things season 4 part 1 continues, “Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier.” The first part of Stranger Things 4 will hit the streaming platform on May 27, 2022.
The Sound Of Magic
The next exciting Netflix show is K Drama The Sound Of Magic which unfolds when the mysterious magician Lee Eul suddenly appears in front of a girl named Yoon Ai, who has lost her dreams, and her classmate named Na Il Deung, who is being forced to dream. This upcoming K Drama will release on Netflix on May 6, 2022.
Along For A Ride
Netflix’s original movie Along For A Ride is the story of Auden, who meets the mysterious Eli, a fellow insomniac. While the seaside town of Colby sleeps, the two embark on nightly quests to help Auden experience the fun, carefree life she never knew she wanted. Along For A Ride is scheduled to debut on Netflix on May 6.

Meanwhile, you can stream Blood Sisters, Clark, The Pentaverate, Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go, Season 1 and Wild Babies from May 5.
