Following the film’s world premiere at SXSW, Eva Longoria’s directorial debut from Searchlight Pictures, Flamin’ Hot, is set to stream on June 9 on both Hulu and Disney+. It’s the first time a new movie has been available on both Disney websites owned by OTT Services in the United States.
The picture will be broadcast on Disney+ and abroad. The picture is based on the true story of Richard Montañez (Jesse Garcia), a Frito-Lay janitor who broke into the food industry by using his Mexican-American heritage to take Flamin’ Hot Cheetos from a snack to a phenomenon that transform global pop culture.
