Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson ended their fling just after Christmas. However, the model recently revealed that she thinks she ‘attracts the worst men.’ Emily’s latest comment comes following her split from notorious womanizer Pete Davidson and ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard.
Ratajkowski said that it’s ‘f**ked up’ that men say that want a ‘strong woman’ but don’t actually know how to deal with it so they ‘tear her down’ as a result. While she didn’t name any of her partners directly, Emily split from SNL star Pete last month after a few weeks of dating. Emily has been spending time with other men since the end of her marriage to Uncut Gems film producer Sebastian among rumours of his alleged infidelity.
Speaking on her High Low podcast she said, “That’s what I hate with dating… men in particular. They’re like, ‘OK, yes, you’re special. You’ve done it.’ And they love it and love it, and then slowly they get emasculated and don’t know what to do with those feelings, and then they resent you.” She added, “They start to tear you down, and then you’re back to square one.”
Gone Girl actress continues, “And it’s so f**ked up and unfair because I feel like a lot of men who truly think they want a strong woman actually don’t know how to handle it and… what it means for their own identity.” She added, “I said to my girlfriend, ‘I feel like I attract the worst men.’ Sometimes I’m like, ‘f**k.’ Because I want a confident man.”

The actress further shared, “I don’t want an overly confident man who has something to prove and is trying to prove it through me. That is not what I want.” For the unversed, “Pete and Emily’s romance ended just after Christmas.” Meanwhile, a source revealed to Page Six, “Their fling has moved into the friends’ zone [and that’s] fine with both of them.”
The celebrity couple was initially linked in November, following Ratajkowski’s parting with her husband Sebastian. Emily and Sebastian were pictured at a New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden on November 27.
