On Sunday the 41-year-old DJ and record producer finally confirmed on social media that Jevon King, a model and former candidate for Miss Universe is his third child’s mother.
King, 30, had announced back in October that she was expecting her first child, but she kept her baby’s father’s identity secret, even after her son — whom she called Pace — was born on 20 March.
Reports also connected King and Diplo (real name Thomas Wesley Pentz) for a long time, but Sunday was the first time that he publicly announced that both are Pace’s parents. The DJ also shares ex Kathryn Lockhart with two children: sons Lazer, 5, and Lockett, 9.
“Thanks for giving me life and helping me create it,” Diplo wrote on Instagram, alongside a three-photos gallery: one of him and his mother; another of Lockhart and her two boys; and a final photo of King carrying Pace.
“The three strongest mothers in the world,” added Diplo “I’m still a work in progress but you have given three perfect beautiful boys I love you all til the moon and back.”
Meanwhile, King also celebrated Mother’s Day On Instagram, Posting Two Nice Pictures Of Pace. Both Marked The First Time She’s Shown On Her Instagram Account The Face Of Her Baby.which she captioned, “In the midst of all this chaos, you’ve been my peace….” In a second post, she added, “To my son, As your mother I promise to love you, guide you, protect you, teach you, inspire you, provide for you, and most importantly, pray for you. Love, your mom.”
